DEPOSITS
You may be asked to pay a deposit when we confirm your appointment. All New Clients pay a 50% deposit on their first visit.
Deposits are non-refundable but deducted from your final bill.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
48+ hours notice deposit transferrable to a new appointment. 24 hours notice deposit lost – new deposit required to rebook.
Less than 24 hours or No Show deposit lost and you may be charged 50% – 100% of the full service.
